The ATR crystals of Variable Angle ATR Accessory include: silicon, germanium, zinc selenide, germanium, and thallium bromoiodide. This ATR Accessory is a vertically mounted ATR crystal accessory which is capable of being operated for a crystal incidence angle in the range of 30° to 60°.
